With a rich history spanning over 10 years on the South Coast, they specialise in the education, industrial, commercial, healthcare, and leisure sectors, with projects valued up to GBP10 million. The business takes pride in delivering exceptional construction projects that positively impact communities. Your Role: As a Site Manager, individuals will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of projects. Responsibilities include: Overseeing day-to-day operations on site, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget. Managing subcontractors and suppliers to maintain quality standards and safety protocols. Collaborating with project stakeholders to address any issues and ensure client satisfaction. Implementing best practices for construction management and site safety.Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, preferably within diverse project environments. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Thorough knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
