The new business model has enabled Trust Payments to establish itself as a major Fintech Payments group. Test Analyst ndash; The Role: Seeking a Test Analyst to join Trust Payments (UK) Limited. In this position, you will be working with the development and delivery teams to ensure overall quality for the product set in accordance with our established test strategy and process. This involves a combination of manual scripting/testing and automation. Due to the nature of projects this role requires the applicant to work onsite Test Analyst ndash; Key Duties: - Attend requirement refinement and test condition design sessions providing input and estimations from a testing perspective - Study requirements and design test conditions covering both positive and negative scenarios - Write and execute manual tests and scrutinise results - Capture test results accurately while providing sufficient test evidence, raising defects, and investigating failures - Provide updates on testing efforts, report and escalate issues - Comprehend and implement testing processes across multiple projects ensuring that the software functions remain at the highest standards - Showcase new functionality and bug fixes to the Product Owner - Maintain appropriate levels of communication with the development team throughout the software development lifecycle - Adapt to new projects working as part of a team or alone - Maintain improve the test framework Test Analyst ndash; Experience and Qualifications: Required: - ISTQB Foundation level or higher Desirable: - Degree with a background in computing, mathematics, science or similar - ISTQB Foundation level or higher - Working knowledge of automation testing tools and software (e.g. Selenium, Appium, Postman, JMeter) - 3+ years of experience in quality assurance / testing roles - Knowledge of databases and SQL - Knowledge of the Agile methodology and processes - Experience in programming language - Knowledge of web service APIs would be beneficial - Experience using Cucumber / ability to write test scripts in feature files by using Gherkin language Test Analyst ndash; Benefits: - Opportunity to be part of a rapidly scaling, prominent Fintech business - Flexible working- Health and Wellbeing ethos including regular wellness sessions, fitness and nutrition and other events, all reinforced by internally qualified mental health first aiders- Family friendly enhanced benefits/policies- Pension, Healthcare, Life Assurance - Social events and team building -Celebrations Application Process: We acknowledge the value that a diverse and inclusive working environment brings to Trust Payments.
