Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with senior management and department heads to provide financial insights and analysis, supporting strategic planning and decision-making processes. Develop and maintain strong relationships with business functions, offering financial guidance and support to enable achievement of business objectives. Drive budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with operational teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Participate in ad hoc projects and initiatives, leveraging financial expertise to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.Qualifications and Skills: Part or fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively to non-financial stakeholders. Strategic mindset, with a keen interest in commercial finance and a desire to drive business performance. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
