Overview: MJM Industrial are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing project requirements and providing accurate cost estimates for construction projects. Duties: - Analyze project specifications and blueprints to prepare accurate cost estimates - Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information - Evaluate labor, materials, and time requirements for each project phase - Prepare detailed proposals and bids for clients - Monitor and track project costs throughout the construction process - Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality standards - Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders Skills: - Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry - Proven escperience with fit out projects - Proven experience with Electrical experience - Strong analytical and mathematical skills - Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities - Attention to detail and accuracy in cost calculations - Knowledge of cost control techniques This is a permanent opportunity with MJM Industrial, Monday to Friday, office based.
