Role: Building Maintenance Engineer Location: Bristol Salary: GBP(phone number removed)pa Operating for over 30 years, we are a highly established Building Services company offering maintenance services to commercial, residential industrial clients nationwide. Due to our ongoing workload and further contract wins, we are recruiting heavily for Engineers to work across our clients sites including healthcare facilities, retail, offices, hotels, and manufacturing sites. Role: PPM Reactive works Remedials Emergency lighting Basic plumbingRequired: Previous experience in a similar role Experience with HVAC/PLANT Full UK driving licence FGAS (desirable) 2391 (desirable)Package: Base salary GBP(phone number removed)pa 42.5 hours per week Callout 1 in 7 weeks Overtime available Travel minus 30 minutes 23 days holiday + BH Van fuel card Pension Private medical Progression opportunities Training/upskilling available Family feel environment - friendly team Bonus If you are interested in this role, please apply with your CV and we will give you a call for a confidential chat.
