About the Role In this dynamic role, you will have responsibility for the functions of the operational delivery of Haringey rsquo;s Home to School travel assistance department. As the Travel Assistance Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of our operation, ensuring Haringey are delivering an efficient and effective travel offer. Your expertise and leadership will be vital in maintaining a smooth and effective service delivery to meet the needs of passengers. About You We are seeking a highly experienced candidate with a strong background in operational management in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will: Have a proven track record as with delivering complex operations within the public sector, with direct experience with transport services. Be able to influence people and build on the culture of improvement already imbedded in the team. Identify and implement strategies that will deliver operational efficiencies and reduce costs.
