About the Role In this dynamic role, you will have responsibility for the functions of the operational delivery of Haringey rsquo;s Home to School travel assistance department. As the Travel Assistance Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of our operation, ensuring Haringey are delivering an efficient and effective travel offer. Your expertise and leadership will be vital in maintaining a smooth and effective service delivery to meet the needs of passengers. By ensuring that children have access to dependable transport services, you #39;ll play a significant role in supporting families and enhancing educational experiences. You will need to ensure compliance to processes, guidance, and regulations to deliver a service that accommodate the needs of some of Haringey rsquo;s most vulnerable children and young people. The successful candidate will: Have a proven track record as with delivering complex operations within the public sector, with direct experience with transport services. Be able to influence people and build on the culture of improvement already imbedded in the team. Identify and implement strategies that will deliver operational efficiencies and reduce costs.
