Senior support worker team leader

We are looking for a committed and compassionate Senior Support Worker/ Team Leader for a caring team working with adults with additional learning needs in Fareham - Job Type: Permanent - Full Time - Salary: GBP12.45 Per Hour (GBP25,896 per annum) Plus GBP63.92 per sleep in (Up to 2 per week) - Hours: 40 per week across Monday - Sunday - NVQ 2 or above preferred but not essential - Car drivers preferred but not essential SPONSORSHIP - NOT AVAILABLE You will be offered the following benefits: Thorough onboarding, induction, and training programme 30 days holiday per year. Your job role will be: - To contribute and participate in providing quality care and life experiences to vulnerable people - To help provide a therapeutic, structured and relaxed environment in which service users can develop and enjoy their lives. Delivering a clearly defined programme of care for each service user within the home and ensuring that service user files are recorded and maintained accurately. Liaising with relatives, other staff and other professionals in consultation with the Home Manager. To accompany and organise transport when required for service users to attend activities outside the home. These additional duties will normally be to cover unforeseen circumstances or changes in work.
