School receptionist

Are you an experienced school Receptionist based in Derbyshire looking for a new role in September? Aspire People are currently recruiting for School Receptionists to work in Derbyshire. School experience is advantageous, as the client wants someone to hit the ground running. We are looking for candidates who are highly motivated with a friendly yet professional telephone manner and experience with SIMS. You must be willing to work on a temporary basis and between the hours of 8:00a.m. 4:30p.m. This role is full time beginning in September until Christmas, however there will be full time and part time positions available throughout the School year which run for varying lengths of time. There may also be an opportunity to move to a permanent contract within the Schools, although this is not guaranteed. As a School Receptionist your day-to-day responsibilities will include but not limited to: laquo; Welcoming students, guests and parents into the school laquo; Ensuring safeguarding processes are followed laquo; Answering telephone calls and filtering as necessary laquo; Responding to emails laquo; Letters to parents laquo; Typing of letters and memos laquo; Filing, faxing and photocopying laquo; Dealing with parents and pupils laquo; Logging attendance via SIMS laquo; Liaising with students and parents regarding attendance You must be: laquo; Proactive laquo; Hardworking laquo; Not afraid to take on new tasks laquo; Able to multi-task laquo; Outgoing and have a friendly personality You will be supported by me, Georgina Longhorne.
