Private construction consultancy are recruiting an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager to join their Birmingham office. * Flexible working * Working on logistics and industrial schemes * Experience working for a consultancy is essential Our client is recruiting an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager to join their Birmingham office. They are a Project Management and Quantity Surveying consultancy who focus on industrial and commercial projects alongside other sectors such as education and leisure. Paying up to GBP50,000 DOE and offering flexible working. They are a privately owned, growing business where their team can develop their careers and their achievements are recognised and well rewarded. The ideal Project Management candidate: * Experience of Project Management. * Ability to bring enthusiasm and a willingness to learn to all situations. * A great ability to react to our clients rsquo; needs in a proactive and positive manner and report directly to them. * Experience within the industrial, education and / or multi-room sectors desirable but not essential for the right candidate. * Good understanding of construction technology, sufficient to carry out quality inspections and reports. * Experienced in construction procurement, contracts (particularly JCT) and administering projects. * Candidates will either have achieved a professional qualification or be working towards achieving one. They have a strong record of supporting candidates through both the RICS and MCIOB route to chartership. * A demonstrable and stable track record of successful projects. * A self-starter attitude. They will continue to offer flexibility and work life balance, with some provision for working from home forming part of the working week; all whilst continuing to offer a great team based working environment.
