As our client continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to join their dynamic team. Role Overview: As a Contracts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing our flat roofing projects from inception to completion. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Your expertise in flat roofing will be essential in coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to achieve project success. Key Responsibilities: * Manage multiple flat roofing projects concurrently, overseeing all aspects of planning, execution, and completion. * Liaise with clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and expectations. * Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against targets. * Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to procure materials and resources as needed. * Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure workmanship meets company standards and regulatory requirements. * Oversee health and safety protocols on-site, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices. * Address any issues or challenges that arise during project execution, implementing effective solutions to minimize disruptions. * Provide regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, milestones, and risks. Qualifications and Experience: * Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction industry, with a focus on flat roofing projects. * In-depth knowledge of flat roofing systems, materials, techniques, and best practices. * Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members. * Proficiency in project management software and tools. * Relevant qualifications in construction management, project management, or a related field are desirable.
