In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety policies and procedures tailored to the construction industry. * Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures. * Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety protocols, promoting a culture of safety awareness and compliance. * Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to address safety concerns and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry standards, ensuring adherence at all times. Qualifications: * Proven experience as a Health and Safety Manager in the construction industry. * In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards relevant to construction sites. * Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. * Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH are highly desirable. * A proactive and detail-oriented approach, with a commitment to promoting a safe working environment.
