Responsibilities: * Lead sustainability projects and oversee project teams to ensure that sustainability goals are met * Provide guidance to clients on green building certification standards, including LEED, WELL, BREEAM, and other relevant certification programs * Conduct sustainability audits, gap analyses, and feasibility studies to evaluate the sustainability performance of buildings * Develop and implement sustainability strategies to improve the environmental and social impact of buildings * Collaborate with project teams to incorporate sustainability into the design and construction process * Ensure that buildings meet or exceed green building certification requirements * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging sustainability trends and best practices * Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure that sustainability goals are understood and met * Mentor junior team members and provide guidance and support to help them grow professionally Requirements: * Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., sustainability, engineering, architecture, etc.) * Minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainability consulting or related field, with a focus on green building certifications * Proven track record of leading sustainability projects and managing project teams * Knowledge of green building certification programs such as LEED, WELL, BREEAM, and others * Understanding of sustainability concepts and strategies, including energy efficiency, water conservation, and sustainable materials * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex sustainability concepts to a variety of audiences * Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct sustainability audits, gap analyses, and feasibility studies * Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and clients to achieve sustainability goals * Passion for sustainability and a commitment to creating a more sustainable future Whether you #39;re working in the larger corporate companies or a small SME this is certainly one to take note of.
