Fluent german fashion textiles sales support

Are you a fluent German speaker with some admin experience? Kasmir Associates is proud to represent a leading home textiles, fashion and other home products supplier of 150 well-known brands of licenced textiles with a rich history spanning nearly 25 years. Due to business growth, they are seeking a Fluent German speaking Sales Support Administrator, you will be the front-line support for their EMEA, and GSA sales channels. Working closely with and supporting the Head of National Account Support, you will play a pivotal role in helping manage all service and back-office sales support for the team, along with assisting their customer base directly. Work closely with an account manager, attending meetings, and immersing yourself in all areas of account activity, focusing on UK sales channels such as Primark, Matalan, B M, The Range, Home Bargains, and Next. * Manage customer expectations and critical path projects, ensuring seamless communication internally and externally. * Utilize systems such as Prema and Excel to handle order books, produce reports on sales budgets, and manage customer pricing files. * Producing quotes and presentations for the Sales channels/reps * Act as the main point of contact for our sales teams, liaising directly with customers to provide support and maintain positive relationships. * Producing quotations and presentations for the sales channels. * To manage customer expectations in an effective and considered manner. * To manage each customer rsquo;s critical path projects. * Organising samples for customers or the sales channels. * Maintain all customer pricing files. * Manage all customer NLF rsquo;s, image and content requests. * Produce reports on sales budgets, performance, and margins for the sales channels. * Liaise cross departmentally between PD, creative and merch to ensure the customer needs are met. * Attend, support and present (where necessary) in customers meetings To apply you will have: * Fluent in German is essential * Ideally experience of critical path management * Sales support experience within an import/export/wholesale, textiles, fashion or product-based business, ideally in textiles or home furnishings ndash; ideal not essential What rsquo;s on Offer: * Monday ndash; Wednesday office based and Thursday and Friday work from home (hybrid working) * Free parking * Hours of work are ndash; 8 hours per day, with flexibility to start earlier i.e. 7-3, 8-4, 9-5, 10-6 and an earlier finish on a Friday (3 pm) * 21days plus a day off for your birthday plus extra days over Christmas plus bank holidays * Annual bonus scheme up to 10% of salary * Discount on all products * Casual dress * Free parking
