Job Title: Science Teacher Location: East Midlands, Leicestershire, Leicester Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Salary: GBP30,000 - GBP46,525 Per annum If you are seeking a Science Teaching role starting September 2024 then we are wanting to talk to you. Job Duties: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging science lessons to students Assess and evaluate students #39; progress and provide feedback Develop and implement curriculum plans Create a positive and inclusive learning environment Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student learning Required Qualifications: Bachelor #39;s degree in Science or related field Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Education: Bachelor #39;s degree in Science or related field Experience: Previous experience in teaching science at the secondary level Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of the science curriculum Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to engage and motivate students Organisational and time-management skills Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Education Experience in teaching science to diverse student populations Working Conditions: The Science Teacher will work in a school setting, following the academic calendar. The role may involve some extracurricular activities and occasional parent meetings
