About the role: As the finance assistant you will be supporting the financial operations of an organisation. You rsquo;ll be involved with things such as recording financial transactions, processing invoices, preparing financial reports, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial processes, helping to facilitate informed decision-making by providing timely and reliable financial information to management. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in month end closure and associated reconciliations. * Processing purchase invoices, supplier statement reconciliation, maintain up to date records. * Posting of fixed assets. * Liasing with vendors to solve queries. * Work with other departments to address payment or invoice-related inquiries. * Other duties may include posting sales invoices, bank reconciliations. * Cover staff when off.
