Teaching assistant

Responsibilities: Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of students. Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance with their learning, ensuring that individual educational goals are met. Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and interventions. Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported. Help to maintain a safe and orderly learning environment, promoting positive behaviour and conflict resolution among students. Requirements: A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their educational development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of students and the school community.
