Operating globally, they supply customers across all corners of the world with over 6,500 employees across 39 countries. About The Role You will play an integral role in a small yet established team with no two days ever being the same. With a heavy emphasis on using CRM systems, previous experience of this nature is highly desirable. Some of the duties of your role will include: Working closely with Key Account Managers - Clear written and verbal English communication essential Raising projects and customer queries in the CRM system, following up with the relevant department Establishing yourself as a direct customer contact Providing accurate pricing for products in various currencies Arranging for product samples to be sent both to customers and to our Derby office for use in our development laboratories. This will involve providing relevant supporting shipping paperwork as well as dealing with couriers to both send parcels and track their arrivals Ensuring system processes and protocols are adhered to and the system is kept up to date as per Head Office requirements Required Skills A very high level of attention to detail Organised self-motivated Proficient computer literacy with a focus on professionally worded and formatted email communications being key, i.e. Microsoft Outlook Confident in use of CRM systems Having confidence in your own knowledge and ability Adaptability Easily able to build relationships with colleagues and customers What They Can Offer 25 days holiday per annum + bank holidays 15% pension Free parking Forward thinking and innovative employer Work Hours Mon - Thur / 8.45am - 4.45pm Fri / 8.45am - 3.00pm Please refer to the GDPR policy on our website
