Teaching assistant

The role of a classroom assistant will involve working as a general teaching assistant in a year 3/4 class. The schools recruiting have a reputation of being extremely welcoming and friendly and have a very high education standard. The schools try to encourage creative learning both within and outside the classroom. As a teaching assistant, you will need to attend the pupils #39; personal needs while supervising and supporting them in access of learning. You will be required to assist with the implementation of individual support plans while providing feedback to pupils.
