Key Responsibilities: * Ensure all lettings paperwork adheres to the latest lettings legislation, guaranteeing legal compliance. * Update and maintain the company database system with accuracy and attention to detail. * Set up management contracts and tenancy agreements, ensuring seamless onboarding for both tenants and property owners. * Conduct property inspections, providing valuable insights into maintenance needs and overall property condition. * Collaborate with maintenance contractors and other business contacts to address property-related concerns promptly. * Undertake administrative tasks integral to the smooth functioning of property management operations. Requirements: * Prior experience in property management ESSENTIAL. * Proficient computer skills. * Strong organisational skills with an acute attention to detail. * Excellent communication skills for effective liaison with contractors and internal stakeholders. * A valid driver #39;s license and access to a car is required.
