This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a private and reputable care provider. As the Home Manager, you #39;ll be rewarded with a basic salary of GBP55,000, which is reviewed annually. You #39;ll also have up to 33 days of annual leave and the opportunity to develop and progress within the company. As the Home Manager, your responsibilities will include: Managing the finances and budgets of the home. Ensuring the smooth daily running of the home. Leading, motivating, and inspiring your teams to deliver high-quality care.
