Look no further! Bromley #39;s Children #39;s Disability Team is seeking a passionate Team Manager to join our dedicated team. This is a full-time permanent role based at Bromley Civic Centre with the flexibility of hybrid working. About Us: Our Children #39;s Disability Team is an integral part of Bromley #39;s 0-25 Service for Children and Young People with Disabilities. We provide essential support to children aged 0-18 with severe/profound disabilities and complex health needs, ensuring they receive the care and assistance they require to thrive. As part of our commitment to holistic support, we also focus on preparing young people for their transition into adulthood. Role Overview: As a Team Manager, you will play a vital role in leading and supporting our dedicated team of social workers and assistants. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the daily operations of the team, providing structured supervision, and ensuring that all casework is carried out effectively and in line with statutory requirements. You will work closely with the Group Manager to maintain high standards of practice and ensure the safety and well-being of the children and families we support.
