Warehouse Operative Salary: GBP22,000 - GBP25,000 Benefits include: Monthly paid bonus scheme (company wide) equating to cGBP4,000/year, 5% contribuatory pension, 25 days holiday (+8 bank holidays), life assurance and enhanced sick pay, full induction training program and career progression, overtime at time and a half, and more. Location: Aston Clinton / Aylesbury Warehouse Operative Overview This is a great opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join a successful engineering and manufacturing business based on the outskirts of Aylesbury. The Warehouse Operative will work a 37-hour week and will report directly into the warehouse supervisor. You will be ensuring all goods are booked in and handled correctly in accordance with various procedures, to ensure product traceability. The company are going through a period of rapid expansion, with a substantial extension of their state-of-the-art facility. You will occasionally be required to do some basic engineering assembly work, when the workload requires it. Occasional overtime will be on offer and additional pay will be provided. The role will incorporate both goods-in and dispatch, however dispatch is more frequent. The business is also introducing a new warehouse management IT system, so applicants will ideally have some experience using a similar IT magament system to record product/stock information. Counterbalance forklift license is advantageous however they will put candidates through training courses is required. We are currently recruiting for 1 warehouse operative, however there is potentially a second opening in the very near future.
