Facilities include walk-in wet rooms to every bedroom, external garden areas and a cinema to name but a few. The Home is due to open around June time. Key responsibilities of a Home Manager: As the head of the Home, strong leadership and coaching skills are paramount. Communication skills are vital to be able to demonstrate empathy, engage team members, and work with families and residents alike. As a Home Manager, your role encompasses ensuring the overall well-being of our residents. This involves attending to their physical, emotional, and social needs. You will also be responsible for leading, motivating, and guiding your team, while providing clinical direction and training to ensure the care home operates safely and efficiently. Your duties include conducting assessments and crafting personalised care plans for each resident, as well as overseeing work areas to ensure compliance with standards and regulations. Emphasising residents #39; independence, choice, dignity, and respect is paramount, achieved through maintaining high standards of care and actively seeking opportunities for enhancement.
