Collaborative Engagement: Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and stakeholders to support student learning and well-being, fostering a strong sense of community and partnership.Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Hold QTS and possess relevant experience teaching in primary schools. Year 4 Experience: Demonstrate experience or a strong interest in teaching Year 4, understanding the developmental needs and curriculum expectations of this age group. Curriculum Knowledge: Have a strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and proficiency in planning and delivering effective lessons across subject areas.
