Randstad are looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join Blackburn Council #39;s Mental Health team. This is a full time role, offering GBP30 per hour. Completing and updating risk assessments. Working in line with the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act (2005) and Mental Health Act (1983). Assessment, support planning, reviews and safeguarding within the meaning of the Care Act 2014. Multidisciplinary working. Demonstrating anti discriminatory practice and promoting the rights of vulnerable adults. Demonstrating excellent organisation and communication skills.
