Multiskilled Engineer Camden Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Paying up to GBP50,000, Free lunch and use of on site gym A highly experienced multiskilled engineer to provide reactive/ planned repairs day to day in the office and VIP residents rsquo; properties. Aiming to achieve a first time fix where possible or managing the resident expectations and ensuring a follow on service is provided. Multi-Trade Expertise: Execute a wide range of construction and renovation tasks, displaying proficiency in multiple trades, such as Plumbing, carpentry, electrical, refurbishment experience, and more. Quality Workmanship: Maintain a commitment to delivering top-quality work, ensuring attention to detail and adhering to industry standards. Safety Compliance: Prioritise safety on all job sites, following safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure work environment. Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with client, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or questions they may have. Skills and Experience: * Various Trades in high end office and residential properties * Health and Safety training such as, IOSH, SSSTS, Working from Heights, Manual Handling * NVQ or City Guilds in relevant trades - Electrical, plumbing, carpentry and handy man tasks Key Skills * Excellent communication skills with VIP client experience * Ability to effectively manage time and a positive attitude * Reliable time keeping and attendance * Ability to work under pressure * Dealing with emergencies/ overcoming problems or issues to achieve set tasks * Exceptional attention to detail- keen eye for precision and can quickly spot errors or inconsistencies * Effective fault finding and follow ups- ability to identify problems, analyse, brainstorm and implement the best solutions * Decision making- assess all the facts, understand the situation and choose the best course of action * Problem solving/critical thinking- using logic, as well as imagination, to make sense of a situation and come up with an intelligent solution Key Experience * High quality/ luxury finish building work experience * 5+ years Plumbing- NVQ level 2 qualified or equivalent (Including under floor heating systems) * Drainage- Maintenance and repair of drainage pipelines such as sewage and wastewater * Electrical- City Guilds Level 2 3, 18th Edition and 2391, power/ lighting reactive and projects * Carpentry- Doors/ Locks, tiling, furniture, fitting doors, changing hinges, replacing ironmongery, replacing skirting, alterations and various other tasks * Fabric- Repairs to building fabric ie. Repairs, installs and general maintenance of Blinds, kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, paint and decorating Contractors- Overseeing and reviewing contractors specialist works
