Site manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of a new build life sciences project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the site, including coordinating subcontractors, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining project timelines and budgets. Key responsibilities: * Oversee all construction activities on site, ensuring they are completed on time and to a high standard * Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery * Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations on site, maintaining a safe working environment for all workers * Manage project budgets and timelines, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise * Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address any concerns Requirements: * Proven experience as a Site Manager on construction projects, preferably in the life sciences/commercial office sector * Proven track record on new build RC frame builds (GBP30Mil+) * Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices * Excellent communication and leadership skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously * A relevant construction qualification or equivalent experience If you are a motivated and experienced Site Manager looking for an exciting new challenge in the Cambridge, this could be a great fit for you!
