I am seeking a dynamic Supported Living Manager to spearhead a cluster of supported living settings for adults with learning disabilities in Bidford-On-Avon. #x1F50D; About the Role: You will be the driving force behind creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where your residents thrive. Your leadership will empower your dedicated team to deliver person-centred care that celebrates individuality and promotes independence. #x1F4BC; What You #39;ll Do: - Lead and inspire a team of support staff to deliver exceptional care and support services. - Develop and implement personalised care plans that reflect the unique needs and aspirations of each resident. - Foster strong partnerships with residents, families, and external stakeholders to ensure holistic support and continuous improvement. - Oversee day-to-day operations, including budget management, staff scheduling, and regulatory compliance. - Champion a culture of dignity, respect, and empowerment for all individuals within the community. #x1F31F; What you will be rewarded with: - Competitive salary starting at GBP36000 and increasing to GBP38000 on successful registration with CQC - Annual leave 33 days (including 8 days statutory bank holidays).
