Preconstruction design manager

REQUIREMENTS: To be considered for this Preconstruction Manager / Design Manager role you must meet the following criteria: - Knowledge of Building Sector. - Previous employment as a Design Co-ordinator, D B Coordinator, D B Manager, Design Manager, Bid Manager or Preconstruction Manager. - Ideally previous experience on Industrial projects. -Will also consider candidates that have worked on other general build construction projects, if they have strong preconstruction / tender experience. - Previous Main Contractor employment essential - High level of communication skills. - Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc) REMUNERATION: The successful Preconstruction Design Manager will receive: bull; Competitive Basic (Dependant on experience) bull; Car Allowance bull; Healthcare bull; Pension (very competitive). bull; Bonus To be considered for this vacancy or to find out more information please apply
