Job description:
Working for an award-winning FM and Construction support provider, you rsquo;ll be responsible for visiting sites, conducting surveys, and assisting a capital projects pre-construction team in the preparation of schedules, specifications, and scopes of work. As well as collaborating with our procurement team, navigating through the tender process, and playing a key role in the analysis of tender submissions and preparation of joint recommendations. You rsquo;ll also be producing cost plans, estimates, and formal client submissions for your projects. You rsquo;ll work closely with the finance teams, maintaining a robust cost and revenue forecast that keeps operations running smoothly. Qualifications Experience: Degree in Quantity Surveying at NVQ Level 3 (or above) and is working towards a relevant professional qualification. Strong communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to plan and prioritise activities and close out in a timely manner. High level of numeracy, literacy, and attention to detail. A full UK driving licence
