Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression. Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Mobile Water Technician to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. We are looking for a Mobile Water Technician who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. As the Mobile Water Technician, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. This is a field based Mobile position covering the Reading area. As the Mobile Water Technician, you will be responsible for: * Maintaining customers #39; waterlog books and completing the necessary documentation according to current guidelines and company policy. * Conducting a variety of water samples from multiple sector properties and document these samples in line with company procedures. * Carrying out water system cleaning and disinfection in accordance with the Approved Code of Practice L8 and company procedures. * Testing, servicing, and maintaining thermostatic mixing valves along with basic plumbing works where required. To be successful for this Mobile Water Technician role you must have: * Full current driving licence * Basic IT skills (Microsoft package). * You must have excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills. * Previous experience in Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring, or Water Treatment. * Knowledge and experience in maintaining water systems are desirable.
