The Opportunity We have an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to work alongside an award-winning Project Lead to deliver a 125 unit housing scheme in joint venture with a high profile client, with a mix of timber frame and traditional build houses and apartments. This is a brand new development where the successful Assistant Site Manager will learn and adopt best practice to deliver blocks of low rise traditional build apartments, and houses ranging from 2 to 4 bedrooms in a scenic location; with build designs to fit the local area, and landscaping. * Project Start in April 2024 * Timber frame houses * Traditional build houses and apartments * picturesque developments * A project pipeline of future work throughout Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire Cambridgeshire What they are looking for The ideal candidate will have a background in delivering new build residential schemes as an Assistant Site Manager or Site Manager working for a residential developer to build traditional build housing; with experience in foundations, superstructure, and fit-out through to CML and liaison with the NHBC.
