Mechanical Building Services Manager The Company This Mechanical Building Services Manager #39;s role with one of the UK rsquo;s major main contractors. They have established themselves as being one the leading main contractors in the commercial, residential, public and interiors sectors. They work on a diverse range of both new build and refurbishment schemes ranging in value from GBP500k ndash; 50million. The current position is for an experienced Mechanical Building Services Manager to join their interiors and refurbishment division working on schemes from GBP500k - GBP10million The Person We are looking for a Mechanical Building Services Manager who has been working for a top 100 main contractor with experience of fit out projects. You will have experience of taking projects from pre-construction through delivery to handover and you will be responsible for managing all the Mechanical aspects of projects. A recognisable building services qualification is required. Experience of working on fit out and interiors projects in the GBP2m-GBP5m range is essential. The initial scheme you will be working on is an GBP5m commercial office refurbishment near Huddersfield. The Plus Points A competitive daily rate is on offer, and these will be long term contracts. A flexible working arrangement is also available
