Complex Care Nurse Case Manager Cardiff / Work From Home GBP43,940 Full Time We are actively recruiting for a leading complex care provider who are looking for a Complex Care Nurse Case Manager to join their team covering Cardiff area. We are looking a nurse with a background within invasive and non-invasive ventilation with experience with adult patients. Joining this large community complex care provider, you will be responsible for overseeing a clinical caseload of around 12 clients from home and leading and training a team of support workers in the delivery of complex care packages within the community.
