This contractor will comfortably enter the top 50 contractors next year by continuing to target growth areas, and specialist sectors within construction infrastructure. Broad overview of requirements: * Design Build experience - essential * Must have previous experience in Commercial/Industrial projects with a Principle contractor. * There are no specific requirements for qualifications ndash; it rsquo;s heavily weighted on experience. * Candidates should be ideally based along the M3 or Top of the M4 There is currently 16 months left on the project, with further phases and projects with the same client currently being negotiated. General overview of duties, will be to oversee the remaining subcontract procurement, place orders, monthly reporting and work, with others to prepare the final account.
