Assistant resident manager

Assistant Resident Manager ndash;East London- GBP35,000pa-GBP37,000pa DOE One Property Recruitment have been instructed on the search for an Assistant Resident Services Manager based in East London. This position is within the Build to Rent sector and you will be a vital member of the team, ensuring that the Build to Rent (BTR) development runs efficiently and that you support the General Manager in providing exceptional service delivery. It is vital that you have at least 2 years rsquo; experience within the property sector and ideally BTR. You will be responsible for managing a team of 3 Resident service Associates. Your core duties will consist of: bull; Leading the team of Resident Service Associates and ensuring that they are hitting their personal KPI rsquo;s. bull; Making sure that resident satisfaction is always as high as possible. bull; Ensuring that you continue to build strong relationships with contractors and other external partners. bull; Handling multiple enquiries and complaints effectively and quickly. bull; Doing check-in and check-out for each resident in the BTR development. bull; Create and execute regular events, such as Yoga mornings and pizza nights to help maintain a strong community. bull; Ensuring that the maintenance team are trained regularly and ensuring that they are working to an extremely efficient manner. bull; Keeping updated with any new health and safety regulations and keeping your team updated with these. It is essential that you have previous experience within the property sector and ideally BTR, so that you can enter this role and hit the ground running from day one. You will quickly be given infinite opportunities to progress even further. You will embed yourself into a supportive team, who will grow with you.
