Teacher of Psychology VNA Education are looking for a well-qualified, high performing, enthusiastic individual to teach Psychology with a possibility of TLR on a permanent basis for a good school in Redbridge from September. The successful candidate will be responsible to help students to reach their full potential. Qualifications and Requirements: * Hold a QTS or equivalent. * Have outstanding teaching practice. * Have experience of implementing a range of strategies to raise student achievement, with evidence of success. * Contribution to impact on the quality of learning and teaching and curriculum. * Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success. General duties of the Teacher will be: * Delivery of outstanding lessons in psychology * Excellent Communication * Providing safeguarding and pastoral support. * Flexible teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities. * Understanding students #39; needs and collaborating with colleagues for student success. * Having excellent subject knowledge * Creating positive relationships with staff members and pupils Salary and benefits * Competitive salary ranging from GBP34,514 to GBP51,179 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. * Supportive and collaborative working environment within an Ofsted Good secondary school. * Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
