HR Advisor Experience Essentials To be successful in this role you will have proven exposure in a similar HR capacity and be comfortable with general HR administration duties as well as HR advisory level activities. You will thrive under a large and varied workload, and will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships across multiple schools. You will be a self-starter, with a completer/finisher attitude and will be confident in supporting SLT in the HR manager rsquo;s absence. You will be able to multi-task and prioritise your workload, being organised and able to transition from one task to the next as required, in a changing and fast-paced environment. You will be CIPD qualified (or equivalent) or working towards this. Experience within a primary or secondary education setting within an HR function is desirable in order to have previous knowledge of safeguarding and safer recruitment. HR Advisor Location This HR Advisor role is office-based and our client is located in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. Please ensure you live within a commutable distance. This is a full-time, all year round, permanent opportunity. You must have the full right to work in the UK. You will need to be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle to apply for this role as occasional travel between school sites will be required.
