Operations engineer manufacturing technology

We #39;re looking for a talented Principal / Operations Engineer who has Manufacturing Technology / Industrialisation experience to work with a Global defence company in establishing production and facility improvements. You will be joining a team where every member has scope to influence change, establishing and owning all requirements for a new Production Line Operating Model for existing and new facilities We want to recruit someone with the necessary experience, clear analytical thinking, strong stakeholder management skills and demonstrable experience of delivering change using technology and soft skills. While retaining appreciation for the current way of work within the production line, you will be able to bring forward fresh, innovative ideas for Process Improvement Investigate options, provide recommendations and create documents required for the change project Support the deployment of new industrial capabilities and technologies throughout the new business Using your knowledge and expertise to review and create business cases for operations improvements Involved working with suppliers to tactically outsource a variety of products for the Dreadnought Project Liaising with Internal and External Stakeholders, managing relationships and providing updates on the project progression HNC with extensive Engineering / Operations experience OR Appropriate degree with some Operations experience
