This can range from climbing and baking cakes to a weekend away in Butlins. To protect the children and young people from any risks to their health and welfareWhat you #39;ll need to be successful as a Children #39;s Residential Support Worker A desire to create positive outcomes for vulnerable children and young people Empathetic, caring and resilient nature At least 6 months experience of working with children or within a similar Care setting Valid UK Driving Licence Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one The right to work in the UKAll of our supply staff are paid on a PAYE basis, so you can rest assured that you #39;re paying the right level of Tax and National Insurance and there #39;s no messing around with admin charges coming out of your hard-earned cash.
