Role - Mig Welder Fabricator Location - West Bromwich Salary - GBP26,264.16 (GBP14.03 per hour) Hours - Rotating shifts days and afternoons (6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm) We are currently recruiting for a Mig Welder Fabricator for our client in West Bromwich. The Role involves: bull; Producing parts to drawings bull; Set and operate pierce, crop and curving machines bull; Produce good quality welds to fittings bull; Use measuring equipment to make quality components bull; Ensures departmental and all company procedures are followed bull; Responsible for ensuring recycling is carried out to the agreed standard bull; Abide by company H S rules bull; Involvement in continuous improvement processes and driving through improvements in all aspects of the role. bull; Ensuring that good levels of 5S are maintained on all machines, areas, and tooling Candidate requirements bull; Experience of fabrication and specifically MIG welding bull; Ability to work as an individual or as part of a team bull; A positive attitude bull; Able to work as part of a team and as an individual The package Rotating days and afternoon shifts (6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm).
