Hygiene team leader

We are currently Recruiting for a Hygiene Team Leader for our client based in Redditch. This role is a permanent position with an immediate start. Working for a leading Seafood company you will be supporting food safety through hygienic control of operational hygiene practice during production through physical cleaning of equipment and factory environment. *Permanent position* *Day shift* 6am-3pm Monday- Friday *GBP13.50 per hour* Duties to include: Working with Production teams to ensure compliance with hygiene requirements. Monitoring checks and routine assessment of hygiene systems of control to ensure compliance. To ensure chemical control compliance in the factory carrying out monitoring checks on concentration, safe and secure storage, and stock availability. Control of Hygiene paperwork ensuring completion is accurate and complete for all task rsquo;s hygiene based during production hours. Hygiene cleaning equipment and PPE management in place, in good condition and controlled. Monitoring of cleaning activities carried out by production teams, driving improvements as required Key accountabilities: This role has a responsibility for food safety, brand integrity and Health and Safety Hygiene paperwork ndash; Daily, complete and accurate Hygiene / Traywash GMP ndash; Daily, Green standards, actions implemented to address NC rsquo;s. Chemicals to be checked and concentrations to be accurate ndash; Daily, full documentation. Essential: Experience within the food industry Experience in a similar role Practical Food Industry High Care Hygiene Understanding Food Safety qualification at Level 2 or higher Company Benefits- 33 days holiday per annum including bank holidays.
