Office assistant

A leading Law firm based in central Brighton is seeking an office assistant to join their fast paced and friendly team. The ideal person will be a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, discrete, flexible and adaptable, with a positive, lsquo;can do rsquo; attitude. An aptitude for and interest in IT is also desirable and you must be willing and able to lift carry, as necessary (within reason). You will be responsible for post, archiving general administrative duties in the Brighton office and also for covering the main reception desk every Friday and for the receptionist rsquo;s breaks each day. The role would suit a school or college leaver or someone returning to the workplace after a break. Ideally you will be available to start soon and live within easy reach of our Brighton office.
