International payroll specialist

Title: International Payroll Specialist Salary: GBP45,000 Location: London ndash; Hybrid (2 days in the office a week) Contact: Permanent We are recruiting for an experienced International Payroll Specialist to join a leading Accountancy practice in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team and take on a varied and highly rewarding role. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation and processing of payrolls for a variety of international clients. You will be required to ensure payrolls are compliant with local laws and regulations and draft timely and accurate reports. Key Responsibilities: bull; Preparation and processing of all UK and international payrolls for clients bull; Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations bull; Liaise with clients to ensure accurate and timely information is provided bull; Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports bull; Respond to client queries related to payroll bull; Handle any payroll related queries and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner bull; Maintaining and updating payroll records bull; Assisting in the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures bull; Ensure that payroll processes are compliant with relevant legislation bull; Keeping up to date with changes in legislation, regulations and best practices Technical Skills: bull; Proven experience in an international payroll role bull; Expert knowledge of local payroll laws and regulations bull; Excellent IT skills, including knowledge of payroll software bull; Excellent organisational and time management skills bull; Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines bull; Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team bull; Good communication and interpersonal skills bull; Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail If you are an experienced International Payroll Specialist with client/bureau payroll experience looking for a new and exciting role, then we would love to hear from you.
