Hours are flexible, full time or part time; can fit around school hours. The role will be home-based with regular visits to their offices in Aberdeen, Perth, Dundee, and Kinross. Basic pay of FTE GBP28,000 to GBP30,000 p/a, depending on experience (pro rata for part time). Monthly Performance Related Bonus, with no caps. The better they do, the more you earn, with an OTE of GBP70,000 p/a. Annual Performance Related Bonus of GBP5,000 for reaching company rsquo;s annual goal. If they reach this before the year, it will be paid as soon as it rsquo;s reached. Mainly home-based, with the occasional requirement to travel to networking meetings, client offices and to meet colleagues face-to-face in their offices in Aberdeen, Dundee, Perth, and Kinross.
