You will play a lead role in applying Human Factors / Ergonomic Design theory to ensure that products are designed in line with Safety, Compliance and Regulatory requirements. Deliverables Produce Human Factors Technical Documents Understand and work to defined standards to ensure compliance with Quality and Regulatory requirements for Human Factors Identify areas of poor ergonomic design and make recommendations for improvements Person Requirements Relevant Degree in Human Factors, Ergonomics or related discipline At least 2 years rsquo; experience in Human Factors, working in a regulated industry e.g. Military, Aerospace, Rail etc. Sound knowledge of Health and Safety requirements Tags Human Factors, Defence, Aerospace, Rail, Quality Engineering, Health Safety, Ergonomic Design, HCI, HF This company is an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
