Someone able to manage reactive repairs Small Planned work in the retail and commercial sectors. Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget while maintaining site safety and quality standards. Promptly address customer inquiries and issues. Meet with clients to assess work, provide quotations/estimates, and deliver within budget, while also offering advisory services and building strong relationships with client representatives. Oversee the recruitment and management of all labour resources, including subcontractors and specialist trades, to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion. Handle all on-site health and safety protocols, including conducting toolbox talks, performing regular safety inspections, and reviewing Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) to ensure they are appropriate. Promote the company #39;s services to generate additional work and revenue and assist in planning the company rsquo;s future growth with managers and directors. Develop, monitor, and manage work programs to ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects and to plan for future work initiatives. Collaborate closely with the Contract Support Team to gather and record all necessary information into the system. Candidate Criteria Preferably with a trade background. Highly prioritizes customer service and satisfaction. Required experience in quoting and estimating. Experienced in reactive maintenance. Strong foundation in building maintenance. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels. Capable of working under pressure, including multitasking, problem-solving, and operating independently. IOSH certification is preferred. Proven ability to utilize various IT packages for effective communication across all contract parties, with proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and openness to learning additional systems. Reliable and punctual, with strong time management and workload management skills. Professional and smart dress code required for client meetings. The role is primarily office-based but includes approximately 35% site visits
