Our client, an innovative and Independent Boutique investment firm, are seeking an PA/ Travel Manager to join their expanding team on a Permanent basis. This position is a fully office based role Hours 8am-6pm About the Role Take full responsibility for diary management and travel bookings Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring professional phone etiquette and timely responses Support with internal compliance About You Experienced in either operating as an Office Manager, Office Administrator or Personal Assistant.
