Key Responsibilities: Deliver scheduled Guest services to allocated properties, ensuring all areas are covered according to schedules. Maintain cleanliness of communal areas such as staircases, foyers, balconies, passages, and more. Clean lift car floors and walls, estate signs, furniture, and other communal fixtures. Safely remove any extraneous matter and detritus from the estate, adhering to Health and Safety guidelines. Check and unblock refuse chutes as necessary, ensuring proper waste management. Keep hard standing areas weed-free and tidy. Requirements: Prior experience in a similar role preferred. Physical fitness is crucial for this role due to its demanding nature.
