Efficiently organize daily tasks and routes for engineers and subcontractors to maximize productivity and reduce travel time. Maintain high quality control standards among engineers and subcontractors, provide necessary training, and mentor new team members. Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget, while upholding site safety and quality standards. Address customer queries and issues promptly. Meet with clients or subcontractors to evaluate tasks, create accurate quotes/estimates, provide expert advice, and foster strong relationships with client representatives. Manage all labor resources, including subcontractors and specialist trades, to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and promote a safety-first culture at every site. Review and approve subcontractor risk assessments and method statements (RAMS), and create construction phase plans when necessary. Assist in developing, monitoring, and managing work programs to ensure timely delivery of projects and plan future work schedules. Collaborate with the Contract Support Team to gather and input essential information into the system. Candidate Criteria Possess roofing trade qualifications or a solid background in roofing. Highly focused on customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Experience in quoting and estimating is essential. Strong foundation in roofing work. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels. Capable of working in high-pressure situations, including multitasking, problem-solving, and independent operation. IOSH certification is desirable. Proven ability to use a variety of IT tools effectively, including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and the ability to learn new systems. Reliable and punctual with the capacity to manage personal time and workload efficiently. Adherence to a smart and professional dress code for client meetings. The role is primarily office-based but includes site visits, approximately a 65/35 split
